DDO Admin ആയി Login ചെയ്യുക (അതാണ് എളുപ്പം)
STEP-1
Surrender ---- Surrender by DDO
Select CCO
Select SCO
Select Major Head
View എന്നതില് ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക.
surrender ചെയ്യേണ്ട Head of Account ഇടതുവശത്തെ ബട്ടണ് ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്ത് സെലക്ട് ചെയ്തതിനു ശേഷം വലതുവശത്തെ Go ബട്ടണ് ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക.
ഓര്ഡര് നമ്പര് ചേര്ക്കുക. (ഈ വര്ഷത്തെ Noon Meal ഓര്ഡര് നമ്പര് NMA3/26166/2019/DGE dt 05/02/2020)
Surrender Amount ചേര്ത്ത് Surrender button ല് ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക.
അടുത്ത Head of Account ല് സറണ്ടര് ചെയ്യാനുണ്ടെങ്കില് ഇതുപോലെ തന്നെ ചെയ്യുക.
STEP-2
Approval --- Surrender by DDO
Select CCO
Select SCO
Select Major Head
View എന്നതില് ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക.
ഇടതുവശത്തെ ബട്ടണ് ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്ത് സെലക്ട് ചെയ്തതിനു ശേഷം വലതുവശത്തെ Go ബട്ടണ് ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക.
Approve ചെയ്യാനുള്ള button കാണാം തുടർന്ന് Approve നൽകുക.
